At Statue.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your statue or fountain does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  Carefully repack the item in its original protective crating and packaging materials to ensure the sculpture is not damaged during transit.

  Shipping and Insurance

  Affix the return label and ship the package via a traceable carrier, ensuring you purchase insurance for the full value of the artwork.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
